biography
I am a printmaker from Morro Bay. I have not always been a printmaker. In the past I have, on occasion, been a "Jill of all trades." I have been a typist of telephone dial codes, an executive secretary, a teacher of English and business classes, a high school counselor, a designer of miniature teddy bears with a successful world wide mail order business. Now I am retired printmaker.

After accidently walking into a printmaking class and looking around, I said to myself "I'm going to do that." Printmaking -especially intaglio-has become an integral part of my life. Nothing is more beautiful than a black and white etched print. I also like to work with color, multiple plates and chine collé. Imagine my excitement when one of my prints won a buy award from Graphic Chemical and now hangs in their corporate office.
